I engaged Ellie to plan my social media posts for an event. She had a very limited time frame to work with but still managed to produce some wonderful content. The first thing I noticed with Ellie was the number of questions she asked me in our first meeting. She was engaged and clearly wanted to get as much information as possible so she could not only quote correctly but make sure she clearly understood what I was after. Everyone else who quoted me was nowhere near as thorough as Ellie. I was then included in a planning meeting with Ellie and her copywriter so they could ask more questions and get an understanding of how I would word my posts so the posts would still come across as me even though I'm not writing them.
